Oh dear! I have been such a terrible blogger again. I just don't know where the days disappear to, and I can't imagine how some folks can post a card every day...do they sleep? I am still trying to catch up with emails and comments!
This candy should have been on here weeks ago, but I just didn't get around to it.
As is usual, it's made up of some of my favourite things, which I hope you will like too.
These papers are from Papirgleder and can be bought from Astrid and Kees at Crea Duymelot in The Netherlands.
As shown above, there are 3 sheets. Each 12x12 sheet has 4 designs in 6x6 size, and they are really, really pretty papers.
Whimsy Wee stamp - Peggy.
Magnolia Tilda with Hawaiian Flower.
Magnolia Tilda Loves Flowers.
TCP Studio Clear Stamps.
Magnolia Doohickey Wave Tag.
Rules of Entry.
Candy is open to my existing followers only, a small thank you for all your support.
I will ship world wide but I am not liable for any customs/duties that some countries impose.
I just wanted to pop on here and say a BIG thank you to all the lovely crafters who have sent a card to Alana. They have helped enormously to brighten this brave little girls days, and it means so much not only to Alana but also to her family.
For some updated news on Alana please visit Donaldas blog HERE.
I have sent a card, but I'm going to send another since it appears not all the mail I send to the USA is reaching it's final destination!
Thank you kindly....you are all so thoughtful and caring :)
I'm back today with a card for the new Sugar Bowl challenge. As always, we have a fab sketch to follow, this time from Sweetie Fi, with an optional theme of 'Shabby Chic'.
I've used another 'Annie' stamp...just cos I luvs her a lot :)
She is an older image and sometimes the older ones get neglected as we are all so desperate to ink up our new rubber. So when I was cleaning out the boxes of stamps in my craft room, I also spent a little time inking up some of my older images...so here is Catch A Falling Starfrom the Leanne Ellis range.
As usual, she is coloured with a mix of DI re-inkers and markers.
Skin: Tattered Rose and Tea Dye.
Hair: Antique Linen and Vintage Photo.
Pinks: Spun Sugar,Victorian Velvet and Aged Mahogany.
Blues: Tumbled Glass, Broken China and Faded Jeans.
Star: Sparkling Lemonade, Mustard Seed and Rusty Hinge.
The delicious papers are from The Scrapcake - The Bright Side of Life, sadly these are now discontinued (sniffle sniffle ) I thought the papers had a 'shabby chic' feel to them.
Not much else to say about this card...it's a bit bare on the old embellishment front..just a few pearls, some glamour dust on the star and the sentiment is from Elzybells (no longer trading) cut out with MFT Fish Tail banner dies.
As always, there is a prize chosen at random for one lucky winner, their choice of any 4 Sugar Nelliestamps, rising to 6 stamps if we reach 100+ entries. Please check out all the other gorgeous cards over on the Sugar Bowl from my Sweetie sisters.
I've been off work on holiday this week but I've been working like a demon at home. I have blitzed through my craft room and everything has been thoroughly cleaned, and every box and drawer has been emptied and sorted through.
The good news is that I have a squeaky clean, organised and de-cluttered room.
The bad news is now I have a cupboard full of crap craft stuff which I still need to sort through.
OK, what I'm really here for...
Mr Random has done his job and picked a number:
Congratulations Alyce! If you could please EMAIL ME with your full postal address then I can pop your goodies in the mail on Monday.
A big "Thank you" to everyone that entered.
I had some delicious papers arrive this week and I bought extras to use as candy...so I will be back soon with another candy :)
I'm a 40 something year old wife to my lovely husband of 19 years. Mum to our very noisy 18 year old son, and wicked stepmother to 3 (now all grown)stepchildren.
At heart I'm a crazy cat lady and would have a house full of lovely bundles of fluffiness if the hubster didn't put his foot down.
At present I work in the office of an air conditioning company, it keeps me in crafting supplies until such time as I win the Euromillions lottery and can retire to live by the sea.
All the cards, designs and wording that I post on my blog are copyright to me. Feel free to gather inspiration but my designs may not be copied for financial gain, magazine publications or competitions.
