Sugar Bowl Challenge 38

Ooooo it's my favourite day of the fortnight, time for a new Sugar Bowl Challenge! The sketch has been provided by Sweetie Judy and the optional theme is 'Scallops'. Fab sketch Judy, thank you very much and another sketch I loved playing with, although I had to rotate this one to accomodate my image. I've had this stamp for far too long without using it, and my poor little cheerleader was feeling very neglected.

The prize for the winner of this challenge is absolutely amazing, I so wish I could enter!
A purple Leanne Ellis Candy Box full of stamps, ribbons and other goodies and a 'Trinkets' bracelet!  I want one!

The image is a Home Grown Manga stamp called cheerleader available Here, the DP is Bo Bunny Jazmyne and she's coloured as always with DI's. Not much in the way of embellies on this card, only the pearls, but I didn't think it needed anything else.
All the details on how to enter can be found on the challenge blog, and please visit all the other sweeties, these girls ROCK, they are all so mega talented.

Thanks for looking and for any comments you may leave.
Love Elaine xx

  6. You are an absolute gem with pearls. Tremendous colour combination & so apt for the challenge too. It's absolutely perfect with the pearls & nothing more - the pearls just enhance the papers & those stripes are just beautiful.

  18. Gorgeous card, image and colouring :o)
I've noticed that you say that your images are coloured using DI's. I know about Copics, Promarkers and Prisma but I've not come across DI's before. Can you put me out of my misery and tell me what they are please?

  24. Hi Elaine, Think I'm quickly running out of words on how to describe your cards. Yet again, I love your colouring and hopefully I will get a chance to try it out for myself today... I'll let you know how I get on!!

  25. Stunning card, Elaine! I love that image and your colouring is sublime as always! Gorgeous purple and green colour combo (more paper for me to buy then, LOL!!!). And yes, I'm STILL begging you to do a DI tute, LOL! - I like my Copics, but I adore the depth YOU achieve with DIs and I am a painter at heart! I really want to try them...but not until the queen of DI colouring (that's you btw!) does a tute!! Have a fab weekend! Hugs, Sem x
