Evening everyone, just a quick post. Thank you ladies for sending me your address's so quickly.
If you sent your address yesterday then your parcel was posted today, if I got your address today then your parcel will be posted tomorrow.
I've now got some space again in my craft room, just in time for the GNPE at Harrogate, Oh I can't wait!
I haven't had a chance to wander in blogland tonight, been busy packing parcels, and I didn't get a chance last night either, so please don't be cross if I've not been to visit you.
Last night Hal came home from being out with his friends, they'd been making a "Human Pyramid", until Hal fell over and cut his arm on a rock. So we cleaned it up, and it didn't look too deep but it was quite wide. You couldn't get the edges of the wound to meet up, so after a bit of thought we decided a trip to A&E was on the cards. 3 hours later, 6 stitches, 1 tetanus jab and a course of antibiotics and we were back home again.
The cut is on Hals forearm, just under his elbow. Silly Boy!
Right, I'm off to get ready for bed, I'll be back in the morning with a new Sugar Bowl Challenge card.
Thanks for looking.
Love Elaine xx

ReplyDeleteenjoy your tidy craft space!
Ooh impressive!!! I hadn't got a clue what I was looking at in the little pic on my dashboard, I thought it was some weird wire brush. LOL!! Fair play to him for going through that. No more human pyramids right???
ReplyDeleteOh that looks nasty but i am sure it will heal soon. Hope he wasnt on the top when he fell. Watch for postie something in the post for you.
ReplyDeleteThat looks rather nasty - glad you got it seen to & stitched. I've seen too many of these go nasty which a little tlc & antibiotics could have prevented. Not surprised you've not had time for much else. Take care of yourself too.

Boy will he have some stories to tell , hope the bruising doesn't hurt too much when it comes out.
ReplyDeleteHi Elaine
ReplyDeleteOh ouch that looks so sore, bless him, sending huge huge healing hugs to Hal (hope he's not right handed). What a time to do it though when he is on school holiday as this would have got him a few days off school lol.
hugs

ReplyDeleteMarion
OOh that looks sore, hope he`s ok.
ReplyDeleteOHH that looks bad - good thing you took him to get it stitched - a human pyramid - typical boy thing. All mothers of boys have a season card to the doctors office for a couple of years - don't they. Hope he is OK and it is quite scary to show off to his friends I am sure....
ReplyDeletePoor Hal, why do boys always add years to us mums!!!
ReplyDeleteHugs,
Trish x
