These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things...Winner :)

Many thanks to everyone who entered my little candy. Sadly, there can be only one winner and Mr Random did his job and picked a number...

Congratulations to Arjette! If you can please EMAIL ME with your full postal address and I will get your candy posted on Monday.

These Are A Few Of My Favourite Things...

This post will stay at the top - please scroll down for any newer posts, thank you.
I thought (in the absence of a card!) I would show you some of my favourite crafty buys, seeing as I've been so terribly quiet lately!

Rubber Stamps....they are an addiction! I have to admit that I don't much care for digi's. I can use them but nothing beats getting inky with some new rubber, and a girl can NEVER have too many sentiments!

These are Whimsy Thank You tabs 1, a fab set of stamps which come pre-mounted..always a bonus in my eyes! And you can also buy....

Ta-da...the matching die. Love these a lot!

Papers....I love papers soooooo much. I'm a bit of a devil for hoarding them rather than actually using them.

The 6x6 pads are a fab size for card makers and of course they all coordinate perfectly.
My Minds Eye have a vast collection of pads..this one is called Fiddlesticks.

Spellbinders...The very first dies I bought were nestabilities and now I have a huge collection of them. I don't use them to their full potential, unlike my buddy Erika who's a whizz with them! She makes the most striking and very classy cards with them....please pop over HERE for her blog.

This set is the Shapeabilities Daisy Flower Topper....I'm sure Erika can show me how to make the most of them!

Sooooo... I have one of each of the above items to give away to one of my lovely followers.
Click on the blue froggy below to enter and (only if you've got time) leave me a comment telling me one of your favourite crafty items...always good to know for future candies!
I'll leave the link up until Friday 24th February 6pm UK time.

Thanks for looking.

Sugar Bowl Challenge ~ 78

Good Morning!

I'm back with a card for the new Sugar Bowl challenge. We have another fabulous sketch from Sweetie Maria Therese with the optional theme of 'Kraft'. I love kraft and use it often so this was an easy one for me!

This poor little fairy has only ever been inked up once and she was crying out for some love...

(sorry the photo is a bit dark)
This is Charlotte from the Fairy Glen range of stamps and as usual, she's been coloured with DI's. The pretty papers are from a Tilda pad, a Cheery Lynn die cut leaf flourish, a punched flower and a sprinkling of pearls completes the card.

The prize for one lucky winner chosen at random is their choice of any 4 Sugar Nellie stamps, rising to 6 stamps if we reach 100+ entries.
As always, there are a fabulous array of cards made by the Sweeties over on the Sugar Bowl to give you a little inspiration.
Thanks for looking.

Sugar Bowl Challenge ~ 77

Good Morning!

Yes, I have been even quieter than usual...but then I know that's a relief to some folks!
We've been on a little jaunt to see the apple of my eye ~ Miss Poppy. Yep..she is still as sweet and squishable as ever, and just about the happiest little bunny I've ever seen.
You might be thinking that I'm biased? But it can't be so, as her Mummy and Daddy and Grandpa think exactly the same thing and I'm sure we can't all be wrong :)

OK, so today I'm back in action with a card for the Sugar Bowl challenge. We have a fab sketch from Sweetie Kiki with an optional of theme of 'Love'. Perfectly fitting for this time of year with Valentines Day just around the corner.

I really couldn't decide which of my many Sugar Nellie stamps to ink up, but then Maria told me she would be using Elise, one of my older but still much loved images (sorry...but she's a very popular girl and all sold out at the moment) and I really wanted to ink her up too!
She's been coloured with DI's as is the norm for me. These gorgeous papers were a gift off a very lovely lady in The Netherlands..thank you very, very kindly...though I love them so much that cutting them seemed a crime! I had to immediately go and buy some more....phew, panic over!
They are available in 12x12 and 6x6 sizes from Crea Duymelot and are Pion Design From My Heart collection.
Another very simple card with minimal embellishments, just a few pearls and some SU seam binding on the tag.

The prize for one lucky winner chosen at random is their choice of any 4 Sugar Nellie stamps, rising to 6 stamps if we reach 100+ entries.
