Sugar Bowl Challenge ~ 102

It's time for a new challenge over on the Sugar Bowl.

The theme again is a nice and easy 'Anything Goes' and the only rule is that you must use a Sugar Nellie image, either a rubber stamp or a digital image.

The hardest part for me is choosing which of my rubber babies to ink...I loves them all, but I do confess to having some extra special favourite stamps, and this one is my most favourite rubber baby ever....

Awwwww...isn't Pippi Longsocks just gorgeous?

She's coloured with DI re-inkers and markers...the more I use the markers and the more I love them!
I always use at least 2 different papers but this one is so pretty that I didn't have the heart to cover it up,
Bildmalarna - Welcome - Lovely World from Dies To Die For.
The sentiment is from PTI, and a few punched MS butterflies.

As always, there is a prize for one entrant chosen at random, their choice of any 4 Sugar Nellie stamps.

Please pop on over to the Sugar Bowl and you'll find all the other Sweeties gorgeous cards for your inspiration.
Thanks for looking
Love

  14. I get why she is a favourite, she is adorable and has such a pretty dress!
I love the purple coloring, and the paper is beautiful. I actually did not notice the smaller butterflies at first, they blended to well with the paper, so you embellished this perfectly. :)

    Hugs, Anne.

  15. It's that frog that does it for me....... I think you were absolutely right with the paper - it's brilliant with the way it just frames the image & I love the simple inking of your butterfly top right echoing the colouring of Pippi's dress beautifully. Delightful the way that little bird in the patterned paper is looking down at the frog in your image panel & just exclaiming to him 'goodness me what big shoes you're leaning on, careful or you'll get trodden on!'

  16. Hi Elaine
love your card, paper is scrummy.
The gorgeous little stamped image remind's me SOOOOOOOOOOOOO much of a certain young lady (who will remain nameless), she does the exact arm's folded malarky when she doesn't get her own way lol.

  18. awww Elaine this is simply adorable ... Love the image & that little frog leaning on her shoe just makes you smile !!! Beautifully colored & I agree with Dena the bird does look as if it's wanting a little hand out or just wanting to play but seriously is the perfect paper for this card & so glad you didn't cover any of it up.
    Hugs, Janie

  20. Ok, lets see, apparently this isn't the one with the "hair issue" cause it is short and sassy! Love, love, love the papers and this is one of my fave Sugar Nellie images too. By the way, you can just slap a "for Amanda" post it note on it and mail it to me next month. I would be a very happy camper.
