I Love Paper! And Rubber! And Paper!

I do love my rubber stamps and if you look after rubber stamps they will last you a life time. Which in turn makes buying new rubber a good investment...that's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

But paper...oh dear! Once you've made that first snip then it's all down hill :(
And heaven forbid I have to use the last piece of a set! It's a terrible addiction I have and there is no known cure. The only thing that helps me to cope with my shameful addiction is buying more paper to love and stroke:)

So imagine how ecstatic I was to discover that I can now purchase Scandinavian papers from the lovely Astrid and Kees at Creashop Duymelot.

Here you go Amanda....I made the photo bigger so you can see the papers!!
Some of the papers are like the one above and have 4 designs in 6x6 size per sheet, and some are 12x 12 designs, but all are delish!
The papers are due to arrive in the shop at the end of next week but you can pre-order them HERE.

In case you need a reminder..I used a couple of the designs of this card...

Along with my adorable chubby Sugar baby 'Lil Sweetpea from Funky Kits.

How nice am I to share this exciting news with you all? Very nice, but I did wait until I had got my own order in first. Couldn't run the risk of them selling out before I got a chance to buy them!!
Thanks for looking
Love

  2. Well - I think these papers were manufactured especially for you to show off how they can be used with Distress Colouring. Have fun stroking.

  3. Hi Elaine,
I'm a paper and stamp addict, too and some of them will never be used, I guess (only adored and stroked). I also buy duplicates (or more) of papers/paper pads I really like and sometimes it's really hard to snip in. Those scandinavian papers are absolutely beautiful and the card you've made with this cute Sugar Nellie stamp is just perfect.

  13. I was the same way as you with papers, but I have gotten a bit better, since I realized I would grow tired of the papers if I didn't use them while they where new, and I much more enjoy using new pretty paper than the once that I'we had for years. :p
But its still hard to finish up a sheet of paper!
