Happy Birthday Amanda!!

Today I want to wish my lovely, kind, sweet, funny ( and slightly nutty ) friend Amanda a very Happy Birthday. I hope you have a fabulous day, wonderful in every way...just like you
OK, that's enough of the slushy mushy stuff.

Naturally I made a card for Amanda and I was waiting  until her birthday before posting it here, though I know darn well that she opened it last week - Sheesh but some folks are sooo naughty!

A gorgeous little flower fairy designed by Sylvia Zet for Wee Stamps, available HERE as a digi or HERE as a set of rubber stamps.
As always, she's coloured with DI's, the markers this time.
The divine papers are Pion "Vintage Garden" - they are so beautiful that I just can't cover them up. (They were a gift from one of my wonderful friends, thank you sweetie )
I've used a variety of dies...Lil' Inkers for the image, MFT for the Fishtails and La-la Land for the sentiment.
Nothing much else going on, but you know me...I like the simple things in life :)

I think this is the last of the 'here's one I made earlier' cards, so I'd better get my bum back in my craft room and have a bash at some colouring, or else I'll be sharing recipes next week!

Thanks for looking.
Love

  7. This is so pretty & I do like your little smattering of fairy dust around her. The flowers in the papers are echoed beautifully with her bouquet & I love that little pearl on the flower in her hair. The birds look as if they are looking towards her & she is talking to them too........
    Take care of yourself

  16. Hi Elaine, lovely to see another card, and a happy birthday to lucky Amanda. The colouring is superb as is the choise of papers. The wee birds are so cute, not sure if it's cherry blossom but it looks so delicate.I also like that little dots that you put on round the image, is it a jelly pen you use? I hope your neck and shoulder improves each day and the sun is shining on your neck of the woods...Trish
